ย The year, 2024, is almost passed and the next year, 2025, is approaching. I am used to writing the date, 2024, but the time has come to write down the number, 2025.ย 


As the new year approaches, many people make plans. We start the new year with a lot of plans, such as "I'm going to lose weight in the new year," "I'm going to build great muscles," "I'm going to learn martial arts to protect my body," or "I'm going to read a lot of books."


However, the plans are implemented in January, but from February onwards, the goals gradually become blurred, and from March onwards, the goals disappear.ย 


Why does this happen?


I think that we are moving forward with the plans of others or friends on social media, rather than with preparation and passion in our own hearts.ย 


I'm sharing with you how I did it. With this method, I exercise at least 3 times a week and read a book every day.ย 


1. Donโ€™t dig to digest a large amount at once. Gradually increase the amount that suits you.ย 


2. You must set a time and do it at that time. There shouldn't be any excuses.ย 


3. If something too urgent comes up, you must make up the time.ย 


4. The first six months are always the most important. In order for a farmer to reap a harvest, the land must be tilled well.


5. Lastly, donโ€™t compare yourself to others! I hope you accurately determine what your goals and objectives are and continue your routine.ย 


If you specifically register for the dojang I will contact you every week if you are absent and urge you to show up.ย 


I hope you become healthier and happier in the new year.
