"Five and a half years ago at the playground Keegan spotted a bunch of kids from a taekwondo summer camp. Curious as ever, he went over and talked to them and thus began our journey with taekwondo. Our family has been changed in countless positive ways by taekwondo. Most of the friends we've made after we moved were made through our involvement with taekwondo and now they're like family. My kids have learned lessons in perseverance, self-control, respect, kindness, hard work and resilience."

Taekwondo can transform the lives of its practitioners. It has almost every facet of what is required to mentally, spiritually, and physically facilitate an individual to become new, to be reborn as one's beginning. In retrospect, anyone who has endured the drastic training and placed their mindset to obtain success has experienced the relish that Taekwondo allots.
Due to the vast amount of time—years of discipline—that is essential to truly reap the benefits from properly learning the skills, this puts you in the top-tier group of people because not everyone has what it takes to continue. There may even be interim periods in which one's interest may fluctuate, but persistence and perseverance will see you through.
Taekwondo is not only my love but it has satisfied my unquenchable thirst for learning. It is one of those things that never ceases to end; therefore, you can never truly master Taekwondo because it is a life-long journey.
