"Five and a half years ago at the playground Keegan spotted a bunch of kids from a taekwondo summer camp. Curious as ever, he went over and talked to them and thus began our journey with taekwondo. Our family has been changed in countless positive ways by taekwondo. Most of the friends we've made after we moved were made through our involvement with taekwondo and now they're like family. My kids have learned lessons in perseverance, self-control, respect, kindness, hard work and resilience."

As we look back on the past year, we realize how many meaningful moments we shared together. Our students trained with dedication, striving to show their best through Taekwondo, and as a result, we proudly participated in our first AAU State Championshipโa truly memorable milestone.
During Family Month, we celebrated Motherโs Day and Fatherโs Day, and through our picnic event, many of our Lion Martial Arts families came together to enjoy a joyful and memorable time. Throughout the year, we also continued our monthly Funday events, regular belt tests, and wrapped up the year with the Bisang Taekwondo Tournament in November, along with our first Demo Team Tournament and Talent Showโeach one a special and meaningful experience.
These moments were more than just events. They were opportunities for growth, connection, and community. Together, we watched our students gain confidence, our families grow closer, and our dojang continue to develop into something truly special.
As we step into 2026, we look forward to continuing this journey togetherโgrowing through training, learning through challenges, and supporting one another every step of the way.
