Our family has been changed in countless positive ways by taekwondo. Most of the friends we've made after we moved were made through our involvement with taekwondo and now they're like family. My kids have learned lessons in perseverance, self-control, respect, kindness, hard work and resilience."

There is a book that I am reading these days when I have time in the morning. It is called 'Adler Psychology Reading Night'. I read the part about understanding children's psychology, and it was related to the things that happened in our dojang classes, so I had a lot of thoughts.
