๐ Have you ever heard of a Taekwondo home personal trainer? Well, you better believe it, we offer traveling Taekwondo trainers. L.M.A.T wants to take away any inconvenience and bring our classes straight to you. We will go the extra mile to ensure your safety by bringing clean, sanitized equipment and wearing a mask and gloves. Get ready for fun.
We are unique
๐We need to check the temperament of each child before they begin classes. We teach each child according to their temperament. Some children are fast and some are slow. For the children who need to speed up, we give skills to increase their speed. For the children who need to slow down, we show them how to be calm and relaxed. As a result of our teaching, the children learn how to control themselves. (S.C.T.A 3-7 yrs <Temperament Check> and C.P.S.Q-II 8-12 yrs <Child Personality and Mental Health Problems Screening Questionnaire>)
๐We will consistently do mental and physical fitness check ups.

We offer male and female instructors. Our female instructor will teach those who feel uncomfortable with having a male teacher. We take our jobs very seriously and want to do things professionally.

We will bring all of the equipment you need to complete your training sessions, cleaned to exceed CDC/PHAC standards.
โ Children love to move and have fun, but due to COVID-19 they have been cooped up in the house. We are here to bring the fun to your home. L.M.A.T offers classes for children that will keep them on their toes and excited to learn something new that keeps them active.
